Predict Cell Types

Upload a new sample and obtain hierarchical cell-type predictions.

  • Upload one single-sample 10x matrix
  • Run prediction for celltype1, celltype2, and celltype3
  • Retrieve recent results using a Job ID
Input Requirements
  • One sample per job
  • Upload one set of: matrix.mtx(.gz), features.tsv(.gz), barcodes.tsv(.gz)
  • Gene symbols required (not Ensembl IDs)
  • Do not combine files from different samples
Resource Limits
  • Maximum upload size: 200 MB
  • Maximum non-zero entries: 10,000,000
  • Maximum cells: 50,000
  • Jobs exceeding these limits will be rejected before prediction starts
Results and Job IDs
  • Save your Job ID after submission
  • Results are kept for about 2 hours
  • Recent jobs can be retrieved using the Job ID
